Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): 4.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $7.99
International Shipping We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. For international orders, shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout. We cannot ship to PO Boxes for Express Shipping orders.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package status anytime through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if you still cannot locate your package. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
