60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, no hoops, no hassle.


How It Works

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at hello@verewellness.com with your order number and a brief note on the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Products should be in their original packaging and at least partially unused.
  • Final sale items and promotional bundles are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, please contact us at hello@verewellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
